1. Introduction

Welcome to Flex Way. By using our delivery services, website, customer portal, or business account services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all orders, deliveries, subscriptions, and interactions with Flex Way.

2. Services

Flex Way provides business and commercial courier services including:

  • Same Day Delivery
  • 4 Hours Delivery
  • Rush Delivery
  • Direct Delivery
  • Next Business Day Delivery
  • Flex Pass Subscription Services

Service availability may vary by location, operating hours, demand, and account configuration.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate pickup and delivery information.
  • Provide correct recipient contact information.
  • Package items appropriately for transportation.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Disclose any special handling requirements.
  • Be available for communication when necessary.

4. Prohibited Items

The following items may not be shipped through Flex Way unless specifically approved:

  • Illegal substances
  • Hazardous materials
  • Explosives
  • Weapons
  • Live animals
  • Items prohibited by law
  • Perishable items requiring special handling

Flex Way reserves the right to refuse or cancel deliveries containing prohibited items.

5. Pricing & Billing

Pricing is calculated according to the service selected and applicable account pricing rules. Taxes may apply where required by law.

Business accounts may receive invoicing and credit terms where approved. Late payments may result in account restrictions or suspension.

6. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are service targets and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in a separate written agreement.

Factors such as weather, traffic, road closures, customer availability, and operational conditions may affect delivery timing.

7. Proof of Delivery

Flex Way may collect proof of delivery including:

  • Recipient name
  • Recipient signature
  • Delivery photograph
  • Timestamps
  • Delivery notes

Such records may be used as confirmation that delivery was completed.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled according to the customer account settings, service rules, and operational status of the order.

Additional charges may apply after a driver has been assigned or dispatched.

9. Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, Flex Way's liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited to the delivery charges paid for the affected shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Flex Way shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Flex Credits

Flex Credits may be issued at Flex Way's discretion for eligible service issues.

  • Flex Credits are service credits only.
  • Flex Credits have no cash value.
  • Flex Credits are non-transferable.
  • Flex Credits may expire.
  • Flex Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.

11. Flex Pass

Flex Pass subscription services may provide special pricing, benefits, and delivery options.

Flex Way reserves the right to modify Flex Pass features, pricing, and eligibility requirements.

12. Account Usage

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

Any activity performed under an account is the responsibility of the account holder.

13. Privacy

Collection and use of personal information is governed by the Flex Way Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

Flex Way may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
