Flex Way offers Same Day, 4 Hours, Rush, Direct, Next Day, and Flex Pass delivery options depending on availability and account settings.

Choose Same Day or 4 Hours for standard business deliveries, Rush or Direct for urgent deliveries, Next Day for scheduled deliveries, and Flex Pass for businesses with ongoing delivery needs.

Booking & Tracking

You can book a delivery online using the Book Delivery option or through your business account dashboard.

Yes. Customers can track delivery progress, status updates, and proof of delivery when available.

Yes. Business account customers can save frequently used addresses for faster booking.

Flex Credits & Reliability Promise

Flex Credits are service credits issued by Flex Way that may be applied toward future eligible deliveries.

If an eligible delivery does not meet our Reliability Promise, Flex Credits may be issued to your account.

No. Flex Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

Available Flex Credits may be applied to future eligible deliveries according to your account settings and billing structure.

Proof of Delivery

Flex Way may collect recipient name, signature, delivery photo, timestamp, and delivery notes depending on customer requirements.

Yes. Delivery history and proof of delivery records are available through your customer account when applicable.

Payments & Business Accounts

Payment methods depend on your account configuration and billing setup.

Yes. Approved business accounts may receive invoice billing and monthly statements.

Use the Open Account button or contact Flex Way for assistance setting up a business account.

Cancellations & Support

Order cancellation depends on order status and account rules. Once a delivery has been picked up, cancellation may no longer be available.
